On the morning of January 9, 2021, Weinan City held an industrial high-quality development conference. Wei Jianfeng, secretary of the Weinan Municipal Party Committee, attended and delivered a speech, and the mayor Wang Lin presided over the meeting. Ren Junen, deputy director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and leaders of Weinan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government and related departments attended the conference.

The theme of this conference is "Industrial doubling and striving to achieve success", which promoted the industrial doubling plan and promoted the high-quality development of the industry. At the meeting, the Weinan Municipal Party Committee and Government commended 10 outstanding private entrepreneurs including Chen Wukui, Chairman of Tori Xinneng, and issued commemorative medals.

Chen Wukui, Chairman and Chief Engineer of Touri New Energy, has been engaged in technology research and development for 23 years and has successively undertaken national-level projects of seven ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Finance, and the Development and Reform Commission. He presided over a total of 37 government R&D and industrial projects at all levels, owned 3 innovative record products of Chinese enterprises, and led Shaanxi Tuori to apply for 185 patents. At a time when the photovoltaic industry is undergoing severe winters, technological innovation has made Tuori New Energy smooth sailing.
